Get an offer request

GET 
/v1/offer-requests/:id

Returns one offer request (Anfrage) with the customer's contact details. Requires the read:offers scope.

insufficient_scope: the API key does not have the scope this endpoint needs. required names it.

not_found: there is no such record in your company.
